When can new mothers start postnatal yoga? Doctors and midwives recommend that a new mom wait for at least four to six weeks (six to eight weeks, if she's had a C-section) before beginning yoga asana. (It is recommended to wait until postpartum bleeding has stopped before returning to yoga or any form of exercise.)

This New Parent Bootcamp includes the three most popular Bishop Babies classes: Infant and Child CPR, Baby Care Basics and Nursing Essentials. Book this bundle and save $10! Individual classes are also available and participants are welcome to register for any combination of the three. Virtual Baby Care Basics and Nursing Essentials are available as well. In person classes are held at 207 S. Tyler St. Dallas, Texas 75208.

***Due to the physical nature of the CPR portion of this class, it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and tie back long hair.***

Community Acupuncture

We're back! Our first Acupuncture HH session in over a year! Come join us for sliding scale acupuncture sessions in small groups in a beautiful and open space within Our Wellness Community/ Oak Cliff! Relax and feel the Collective healing magic!

Limited spaces available! Remaining Available Times:

Sliding scale prices are:
Traditional Acupuncture $35-50
Cosmetic Acupuncture $45-60

A few pointers:
*These sessions will last approx 45 min each.
*If you are not an existing patient of Be Real Wellness, plan to arrive a few min early to fill out your paperwork.
*Email confirmations will be sent to all who book with e-payment protocols as well.
* Please keep in mind due to the fact these are group sessions, any talking will be kept to a minimum and in hushed tones.
* Please wear short sleeve shirt and loose pants or shorts to your session. We need to be able to access your arms and legs easily.
* Treatments will take place in zero gravity recliners spaced over 6 feet apart. Recliners will be disinfected between patients.
*Masks are required in common areas of the space and during intake, but may be removed once in the treatment chair.
*Covid informed consent forms will be required as part of the new patient paperwork.
