Caring For Your Whole Self: How We Care As A Collective
When it comes to creating a proactive, holistic health care routine, our goal at Our Wellness Community is to support all your systems sustainably. This means we’re keeping affordability in mind and aim to help you create a well-balanced plan that ensures every part of you is considered, while also focusing on what makes your body’s needs unique.
We get the question a lot: if I want to plan out a year of care to make sure I’m feeling my best, where do I go?
We always recommend you start with a Chiropractor for an Analysis Package, to help you understand your body and its needs as you define a Care Routine. Learn more about Chiropractic Care, why we encourage folx to start with this type of Holistic Care, and purchase an Analysis Package with Dr Lexi & Dr Francisco here.

Musculoskeletal—
Our support system of the body. Without properly functioning and moving muscles and bones, our body develops patterns of compensation, that can lead to imbalances causing dis-ease within the body that equates to discomfort and pain (most obvious sign), but also decreased function of our entire body (symptoms of dis-ease and dysfunction do not show up until the function has decreased 70-80%!). Physical, chemical and emotional stresses affect this system and can create these patterns of compensation.
Who we suggest to see for Musculoskeletal needs:
Autoimmune:
Our bodies are constantly at work protecting and healing. When those processes slow down or speed up is when we experience disease. It is extremely important to remain balanced in all ways, to prevent the body from going in and attacking itself.
Who we suggest to see for Autoimmune needs:
Womb:
The womb is our sacred center. If there is any type of imbalance, it can cause disregulation of hormones, infertility and menstrual issues, including physical pain within our body. Physical, chemical and emotional stresses affect this system.
Who we suggest to see for Womb work:
Pediatric & Postpartum:
Babies and children are our new generation. Setting them up with proper foundational care supporting their systems now leads to a healthy future.
Who we suggest to see for Postpartum & Pediatric care:
Self Love:
Helping our bodies heal is the ultimate self love. Healing looks and feels different for everyone. We have something to offer each individual need and want, while still being beneficial for your healing process.
