I'm Lisbet Verdin, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Healing Raíces Therapy. As a first-generation Latina born in Mexico and raised in Dallas, I understand what it means to navigate different cultures, family expectations, and the work of finding your own path.
Many of my clients are first-generation individuals learning to set boundaries, heal from past experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are. You won't have to spend your session time explaining your background, I get it.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and always culturally responsive. We'll work at your pace, building on your strengths and developing tools that actually fit your life.
