Intimacy + Relationship Coaching

Mandy Hart MPH, CSS, CHS, Intimacy+Relationship Coach

You deserve joy. You deserve pleasure. You deserve to be held, celebrated, and seen. Let’s do this together.

I work with adults of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles (18–40 and beyond) who are seeking deeper intimacy, healing from trauma, and more confidence in their relationships and sex lives. Many of my clients struggle with feelings of unworthiness, religious shame, sexual dysfunction, or a sense that their desires are “too much” or “not enough.” I’m here to help you unlearn the lies you’ve been told—and remember the truth about who you are.

I have a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Community & Behavioral Health, and a deep background in sexual health education. I’ve worked with diverse communities across age, culture, and identity, and I bring a strong focus on cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and body positivity to everything I do.

I’m a Certified Sex and Relationship Coach through the Somatica® Institute. I also have lived experience with herpes and know what it means to carry stigma and shame in intimate spaces—and to move beyond it.

Services

My coaching style is experiential, somatic, and trauma-empowered. That means we don’t just talk about your challenges—we work through them together, in real time, through body awareness, emotional processing, gentle exploration, and even role play. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and be celebrated for it. I don’t shame, and I don’t push an agenda. I’m here to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others—with clarity, confidence, and consent.

Whether you’re navigating the impact of past trauma, learning to communicate more effectively, coming to terms with an STI diagnosis, or simply trying to understand your own needs and boundaries, I’m with you. There is no topic too heavy, awkward, or “weird” for us to explore together. My clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and—over time—more grounded, more empowered, and more free in their bodies.
