Hey there! I’m Leilani, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who believes food is medicine and has the power to heal our bodies. I also believe eating healthy and stewarding our bodies are not meant to be difficult! If you feel overwhelmed about how to eat well or meal plan, follow along! My goal is to empower people with organization and confidence to make meal planning a breeze and eating healthy enjoyable.

“Where do I start?” is what I often hear when people want to start supporting their bodies through nutritious eating. Through practical organization and delicious recipes, I can help make meal planning and prepping easy and (dare I say) fun!

Initial Consultation
$60, 60 Minutes
Online or in-person, we will sit down so I can better understand your health goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle factors that affect healthy eating. At the end of our meeting, I will send you a customizable weekly meal planner, recipe ideas, and organizational tips for hassle-free meal prepping!

Follow Up Session
$30, 30 Minutes
Online or in-person, we will evaluate your meal planning progress and integrate additional recipes and resources to keep you supported on your health journey!
