Services

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk therapy is a movement-based therapeutic approach. The familiarity of going on a walk, paired with an attuned therapist, can empower you to explore parts of your past with a sense of ease. Sessions take place on a paved, well-lit path, with multiple benches for respite. Walk & Talk Sessions are tailored to alleviate stress, so if bringing your dog or walking with your baby in a stroller helps, they are more than welcome to join. Not a walker but would still enjoy outdoor therapy? We can bring a blanket, a lawn chair, or utilize the many benches at the park.

Drama Therapy

Drama therapy is an active and experiential therapy. It is a helpful offering for those exploring trauma and negative experiences. Drama therapy invites us to get clear about deeply rooted fears, needs, drives and desires through a creative medium. It is an excellent service for over-thinkers and those who have "felt stuck" in traditional talk therapy approaches.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides you with an opportunity to finally have time for yourself and your mental health. It can be a place to explore anxiety, trauma, and other challenges you are facing in your life without judgement. Individual therapy is an effective way to practice vulnerability, setting boundaries, and regulating anxieties with a curious and knowledgeable therapist.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is an invaluable service for any couple facing shared trauma, shared grief, communication issues, or needing to practice co-regulation. Our therapists are committed to providing a warm and non-judgmental environment, while also challenging and gently guiding couples to a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.
